Terms, EULA, and Community Rules

These Terms govern your access to Goatball. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Using Goatball

Goatball is for organizing padel games, leagues, player invitations, chat, rankings, and related sports-community features. You are responsible for the information and content you provide.

User content

You may submit profile information, messages, images, game details, league information, contacts, and other content. You keep ownership of your content, but you grant Goatball the rights needed to host, display, transmit, moderate, and operate the service.

No-tolerance objectionable-content policy

Goatball has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post, send, or promote content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually exploitative, violent, deceptive, spammy, privacy-invasive, or otherwise harmful to users or the service.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or report activity to appropriate parties when needed for safety, legal compliance, or service integrity.

Reporting and blocking

Users can report content or users from supported app surfaces and can block other users. Reports may be reviewed by Goatball or its service providers. Blocking is designed to reduce unwanted contact and visibility, but it may not remove every historical shared record.

Apple standard EULA

For apps downloaded from Apple, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement applies to the extent required by Apple, unless a separate written agreement with Goatball states otherwise.
