Delete your Goatball account

You can delete your account from inside the Goatball app. Go to Settings, open Legal and Safety, then choose Delete account. The app may ask you to re-authenticate before deletion begins.

What deletion removes

• Your account identity and sign-in record.
• Your player profile, device tokens, app settings, and private contact imports where removal is technically possible.
• Profile media and other account-owned storage objects where removal is technically possible.

What may remain

Some records may remain when needed for safety, fraud prevention, legal obligations, league/game integrity, or other users' shared game histories. Where possible, account-linked content is removed, anonymized, or replaced with a deletion marker.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@goatball.app from the email address on your account, or include your phone number and username so we can verify the request.
